Mission

The mission of the Balkan Languages and Literatures Department is to teach the relevant Balkan language in the context of four basic language skills, and to gain the competence to examine and evaluate the history, literary genres, literary and scientific texts of relevant Balkan literature and to raise well-equipped individuals who are aware of professional ethics and responsibility, have the knowledge to access information and conduct scientific research in the field, are sensitive to the environment and have social responsibility.
